The following guidelines were created so we can better serve our customers. They will allow us to prepare the highest quality food, along with the best possible service. Of course our ultimate goal is to accommodate our customers so we remain flexible in our approach. We welcome all comments and feed back in order to better serve you.

Group Sizes
All corporate menu choices are priced based on groups of 10 or more.

Gourmet Luncheons, Savor Salad Bar and Executive Lunch are based on groups of 15 and up. There will be an additional charge for smaller groups

Ordering
Orders from our regular menus must be placed by 3:00 PM to guarantee service the following day.
Last minute orders will be filled at the discretion of the Chef.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes on existing orders must be made by 4:00 PM for next day service. We cannot guarantee that we can always fulfill all increases in orders. We might need to make substitutions in order to satisfy the increased order.

Please give us 24 hours for all cancellations. If the order has already been completed you will be charged in full for the order.

Additional Charges
There is a minimum charge of $30.00 per delivery, within Manhattan. Delivery charges outside Manhattan vary based on location. Week end deliveries will incur a $50.00 Delivery Charge.

Payment Terms and Billing
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Cash, Company Check or you can create an account with Savor. Savor Accounts will be billed monthly. All Savor accounts are subject to credit approval.

Equipment
All items are served with disposable trays and utensils unless otherwise requested. A 10% surcharge will be added to all non disposable equipment. Please let us know when and where the equipment may be picked up. (Please keep in mind that equipment left over the weekend is the most likely to be lost and extra attention needs to be paid to its storage and return).
