What kind of catering do you do?

Savor will cater all types of events. From drop off breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks, to full service sit down parties with waiters, equipment rentals, centerpieces, and music. We can create a full scale New England style clam bake, New Orleans' Style Crawfish Boil, Oktoberfest, a Tuscan picnic lunch, or Southern Style BBQ. We cater for both corporate and private clients.

Where can these parties take place?

Parties may be held at your office or home, on a roof top or back yard. For large parties there are party spaces all around the tri-state area. Weather your event is best suited in a New York City Club, an elegant ball room or a penthouse loft we will help guide you to the perfect spot. There are virtually no limits to the potential

How do begin the process?

Call us at 212-244-3617 or email us. We will ask you a series of questions that will help guide you in your decision. We will help you determine factors such as what type of food service best suits your event. We will ask you about the budget you are hoping to work with and we will suggest options that will service all your needs. Our discussion will assist you in putting your party priorities in order. We will then create a proposal which will include a narrative, describing your entire event. We will arrange a tasting for you so you can sample some proposed menu items. Then its off the finalizing process, including menu choices, location walk-through, centerpiece selection and every other aspect of your event.

Who will run the event?

Every major event will be arranged and hosted by an event coordinator. Generally it will be the same person who you have been working with throughout the process. If your event requires additional management the will be an Event Manager at the location for the duration of the event.

What if I don't see the exact items on you menus that I was thinking of?

At SAVOR we are committed to creating the perfect menu for our clients. If you don't see it our chef will work with you to create it. We will even create a sample for you to taste.

What about the price?

There is really no simple answer to this question. There are simply too many variables, such as location, menu, length of event, type of service, to create a standard pricing structure. Instead we will try to work tailor the event to meet you budgetary guidelines.
